I was incredibly stressed due to a stupid accident and the team at Prestige were understanding, incredibly efficient and worked the repairs around my busy travel schedule. I haven’t had service like this in years, congratulations.

Slight errors happen in the best of circumstances. In my case the paint finish on my Audi (even though I couldn’t pick it) wasn’t done to the satisfaction of the manager who in turn bent over backwards to accommodate the repaint prior to accepting the insurance excess. This is the mark of an honest dealer who won’t compromise on his standards of service.
